Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for entering into a contract with QuickTrade.World is listed under Legal Documents on the QuickTrade.World website. The Terms and Conditions are called “Client Agreement”. You accept this agreement when you register with QuickTrade.World.

Description of Goods and Services

QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd (FSP 45262) is authorised by the FSCA to provide non-automated advice and intermediary services. QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd partners with QuickTrade.World (Pty) Ltd, for clients to access OTC derivative trading. QuickTrade.World (Pty) Ltd, an offshore Over-the-Counter Derivatives Provider, acts as the counterparty to these contracts.

Delivery Policy

Subject to your online card payment receipt, your trading account will be credited immediately, and this funding will be confirmed by email.

Export Restriction

QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd does not export products from South Africa.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Once your card payment is processed, you will immediately receive the funds in your trading account. These funds can be withdrawn anytime by submitting a withdrawal request on the platform.

Customer Privacy Policy

QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act4 of 2013 (POPIA). The PayFast by Network Privacy Policy may be accessed at: https://payfast.io/privay-policy/.

Payments Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Card transactions will be acquired for QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd via Payfast by Network, which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://payfast.io/ to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by QuickTrade(Pty) Ltd separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network’s secure site. For more details on Payfast by Network refer to https://payfast.io/.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature Ground Floor, The Link, 173 Oxford Road, Rosebank, 2192.

Variation

QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

* Withdrawals
Once you have completed the steps above and started trading you can easily withdraw your profits via the Client Portal. There is no cost for a withdrawal of proceeds from a trading account. If there are no additional requirements, withdrawals can take up to three hours to be processed and up to three hours to be paid. We may require further documentation and information to process your withdrawal. Withdrawals can be withheld if you do not provide the required documentation and information. Once we receive the required documentation and information, your withdrawal can take up to 24 hours to be processed and paid.
