The Terms and Conditions for entering into a contract with QuickTrade.World is listed under Legal Documents on the QuickTrade.World website. The Terms and Conditions are called “Client Agreement”. You accept this agreement when you register with QuickTrade.World.
QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd (FSP 45262) is authorised by the FSCA to provide non-automated advice and intermediary services. QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd partners with QuickTrade.World (Pty) Ltd, for clients to access OTC derivative trading. QuickTrade.World (Pty) Ltd, an offshore Over-the-Counter Derivatives Provider, acts as the counterparty to these contracts.
Subject to your online card payment receipt, your trading account will be credited immediately, and this funding will be confirmed by email.
QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd does not export products from South Africa.
Once your card payment is processed, you will immediately receive the funds in your trading account. These funds can be withdrawn anytime by submitting a withdrawal request on the platform.
QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act4 of 2013 (POPIA). Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Card transactions will be acquired for QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd via Payfast by Network, which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://payfast.io/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by QuickTrade(Pty) Ltd separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network’s secure site. For more details on Payfast by Network refer to https://payfast.io/.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature Ground Floor, The Link, 173 Oxford Road, Rosebank, 2192.
QuickTrade (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
