Registering with QuickTrade is quick and easy. To start your trading journey all you need to do is click REGISTER PROFILE and complete and submit the registration form.

Please be sure to complete the entire registration and accept the Legal Agreements. We are legally required to prove to the Regulators that you have accepted our standard terms. Your Profile can’t be created unless the Legal Agreement has been accepted.

Click REGISTER PROFILE now so you can start trading.


Once you have completed the registration form, we will send you a verification email. The reason for this is to check we have your correct email address, as required by the Regulator, but also to ensure that you receive all of our correspondence. We don’t want you to miss out on any important information.

If you aren’t seeing the email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder and mark the email as safe. The email contains both a link and a 4-digit verification code – you can use either method to verify your account.

This is an important step. If you do not verify your email, your Profile will not be created.


Once your email has been verified you will receive both an email and an SMS with your Profile Login Details. Save these details as this is your access to our Client Portal where you will be able to start your trading journey.

Our Client Portal is where you are able to update all your personal details, upload documents, review your agreements and see messages. Once inside this Portal, you will be able to create Demo and Live trading accounts as well as deposit, withdraw and transfer funds.

It is also where you are able to access our Support Department should you have any questions or issues.


The next step in our process is to upload the required FICA documentation. We are under a legal obligation by the Regulator to prove that we have collected, reviewed, and approved your FICA Documents.

If you are opening an account as an Individual, you will need to upload the following documentation.
● A Copy of your ID/Passport
● A Proof of Address.

Once our FICA Department has reviewed the uploaded documents, you will receive an SMS and email notifying you of the approval. Similarly, if your documents have not been approved for some reason, you will receive an SMS and email notification, this notification will include the reason why the documents were declined. You will be able to upload replacement documents but please note that your Profile will NOT be created until the FICA Department has approved your documents.

If you need assistance with this step of the process, our Support Department or your Account Manager can assist. There is also a Livechat option within the Client Portal to make it even easier for you to get assistance.


We are required by our Regulator to assess both your trading experience and risk profile. We do this through a Questionnaire and Appropriateness Test that gets sent to our Risk Department to evaluate.

During this questionnaire, it is important that you acknowledge and accept that you are aware of the risks of trading. If you answer that you are unaware of the risks associated with trading, your Profile will be declined.

Your Profile will NOT be created until the Risk Department has approved your Questionnaire and Appropriateness test.


This is the final stage in the application process and once you have been verified you will be our newest client and you can start using our services.

Once our FICA Department has reviewed and approved your FICA Documents and our RISK Department has reviewed and approved your Questionnaire and Appropriateness Test, your Profile will be marked as VERIFIED.

You will receive an SMS and email informing you that your Profile has been verified and you will then be able to make use of all of our services.
